What is QAbc

QAbc is a minimal GUI for ABC music composition. This program allow to write music in the ABC syntax and play and preview the sheet music, using third-party software.

QAbc program is free software, copyright (C) 2020 Benoît Rouits and released under the GNU General Public License version 3. It is delivered as is in the hope it can be useful, but with no warranty.

Source code

QAbc source code is browsable at the github browser of QAbc. You can checkout it with a git client program, e.g: by typing in a command-line shell: 
$ git clone https://github.com/be1/qabc.git
$ cd qabc

Releases

You can get the stable source release of QAbc 1.13 if you prefer.

Build

Build the program with the following commands in a command-line shell:

$ qmake -config release
$ make && sudo make install
